This episode I'm chatting with Allie & Eddie, who are partners in life and in business. They’ve founded 3 health and wellness companies in the past and now really enjoying their latest adventure as owners of the Healthy Relationship Academy. These lean machines have both placed 1st in bodybuilding and fitness competitions and thrive coaching other individuals and couples how to achieve their own physical and emotional goals. Funny story: Eddie, worked as a body double for Dwayne Johnson (The Rock). 

These two genuine role models are high school sweethearts who tied the knot earlier this year, just before lock down during quarantine for Covid-19. They are proud parents to four beautiful kids and don’t mind sneaking away sometimes to enjoy a bit of glamping.
