Cycles of Life

11. Birthday special about reflections on the last year, therapy, ageing, privilege, goal setting and more

Listen Later

This episode is a bit different because when it goes live it will be Jana's 34th birthday. So this solo episode covers her reflections from my 34th year on this planet. Why is she calling the last year - 'her early retirement year', also talking about going to therapy, how much it was and how it helped. What privilege means to Jana and how it operates from the place of scarcity.

Jana also answers some of the questions she got asked on her Instagram - how to work with big scary goals without being too intimidated by them and her thoughts on ageing, our bodies changing, societal expectations and body neutrality.
