#11: Breathwork for Creators – How to release stress and thrive

Have you ever felt out of ideas? Out of power? Out of breath?


Hmm, I think that's normal... But should it be that "normal"?

Well, I dug into some research. And found a study by clinical psychologist Belisa Vranich in which she says: "We try all these different things for stress, but if you're not breathing in a way that tells your nervous system that it's time to relax, you won't get there."

By being stressed or telling our bodies: "I am stressed!" (by breathing fast and shallow) we block ourselves from creativity and clarity. We shorten the life-span of our innovation capacity and life-span in general. 


And that should not be normal. Don't you agree?
