11: Food Tracking vs. Intuitive Eating

Not everyone is a fan of food tracking. However, even though intuitive eating (eating according to how you feel) sounds like the perfect solution, it doesn’t work for weight loss. People reach their weight loss goals much quicker when tracking their food compared to those that are resistant to it. The problem with intuitive eating, is that your feelings will deceive you. It’s most beneficial to lead your body instead of having your body lead you.
