A topic that comes up frequently in my conversations with doctors – opportunity cost. Doctors want more time for marketing, adding a specialty, staff training, etc. They get pulled in many directions that limit their ability to focus on important areas of growing the practice.

In the interview, Matt DiBlasi (President of Abyde), shares his insights on HIPAA and strategies for improving office efficiencies.
