In this episode of Open Heart Conversations, I’m opening up about the tender and often overwhelming experience of supporting someone who’s grieving. I reflect on what grief can feel like, how isolating it can be, and what it truly means to show up with presence even when words feel like they’re not enough. I share some lessons I’ve learned (and unlearned) about offering support in real, practical ways, while also being honest about the emotional toll it can take. My hope is that this conversation invites us all to reach out more gently, more consistently, and with more compassion not just for others, but for ourselves too.
Chapters

02:18 Understanding Grief and Its Impact
