In this episode of Open Heart Corner, I reflect on what it means to move beyond survival mode and begin building a life that genuinely feels like my own.
We talk about self-trust, solitude, emotional awareness, redefining success, and learning to become more present in your own life instead of constantly living in survival.
I also share parts of my experience navigating identity and change, learning to slow down, and asking myself what kind of life truly feels aligned with me in this season of my life.
An honest conversation about becoming, healing, and choosing yourself a little more intentionally 🤍
In this episode, I’m sharing what starting over has really looked like for me…
Not just the moments where things changed, but everything that came with it, the uncertainty, the constant rebuilding, and the emotional weight of having to begin again… over and over.
I really sit with what starting over has asked of me…
what I’ve had to sacrifice along the way — relationships, stability, even parts of myself.
And what that has actually felt like.
But I also reflect on what it has given me…
Because as hard as it’s been, it’s also shaped me in ways I’m still trying to understand.
I’ve been away for 10 months , and honestly? I’m not the same person who left.
In this episode, I talk about letting go , figuring out who I am now, and why turning 30 doesn’t feel scary but more like permission to finally be me.
If you’re in a “what now?” season or just dealing with big changes, I hope this one makes you feel seen.
Feels so good to be back.
In this final episode of the Where It’s Safe to Land series, I take a moment to reflect on the journey we’ve shared over the past few weeks. This series has been an exploration of what it means to hold space for others, and for ourselves especially when life feels heavy or uncertain.
I revisit some of the themes we unpacked together: listening without fixing, supporting grieving friends, releasing the “strong one” identity, and learning each other’s care languages. More than anything, I speak from the heart about self-trust , how it’s less about perfection, and more about the quiet, consistent choice to return to yourself.
This episode is part reflection, part reminder: you are allowed to come back to yourself, again and again. I hope it feels like a soft landing.
Thank you for being here.
