Part of your growth and development journey is realizing that you will eventually outgrow your "old" world, and even your friends and family. There will come a time when you will no longer fit in, but you also haven't found what you were looking for. This is when you start to question yourself, and it can feel lonely. This "in-between" is called lonely land and I want to talk about that today because we need to understand that this is normal. Understand that it’s part of the process and others are going through this as well.
