In my self-discovery and development journey, I've come across Bronnie Ware's book, the Top Five Regrets of the Dying. It changed how I view life more than anything else that I've read or consumed. If you've been listening to the podcast, you will notice that this topic is something that I'm very passionate about. In this episode, I share my key takeaways for each regret Bronnie talks about in her book. This book has changed my life completely, so I hope you take time to listen and grab a copy of Bronnie's book too.

The best thing I’ve implemented in my life is Peak Performance Tracking. I am sure that the improvement I see in myself is because of my consistency in doing and tracking my daily habits. Without this, I am sure that I won’t be able to reach this certain level in my trajectory. Am I perfect at it? Of course not. Remember, we are not aiming for perfection; the goal is consistency.

I found it very interesting because it’s something that I’ve worked hard to be in and be able to explore. However, I also know that many people don’t know what theirs is and how to find it. So if you’re still stuck and haven’t found your genius zone, make sure you stay tuned.

"Be grateful in adversity and generous in prosperity." - Elliott Hulse
Sometimes we get overwhelmed by personal problems and challenges and even global adversities, that we all find it difficult to see the good things. It's okay to feel overwhelmed, and it's even better if you take time to sit with the pain. However, don't forget about yourself. It's okay to be selfish and focus on yourself, too. In this episode, I want to remind everyone that despite adversities, always choose to be grateful.
