Mark and I talk about the ins and outs of relationships and he gives some no-BS advice about how we can grow out of unhealthy, toxic patterns, get more in touch with ourself and our needs and move into a space of healthy, interdependent relationships (both romantic and otherwise).

We touch on codependency, childhood trauma, boundaries, self-reliance vs. interdependence and so much more.
