Dr. Morgan is a mental load and relationships expert who joins us to show us the best ways of approaching these feelings with our partners. She shares the root cause of the inequality that so many of us feel when it comes to the mental load, the domestic load, and being the default parent. She tells us what to do if our partner gets defensive whenever we mention the mental load, and the best things to say when that happens.
