There was a time when I thought slowing down meant falling behind.

In this short clip, I share one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned about ambition, motherhood and burnout. After years of building Motherkind, growing my family and saying yes to everything, I realised that success means nothing if it costs your wellbeing.

Ever feel guilty no matter what you do, like you’re failing at something, somewhere, all the time? You’re not broken. You’re just living inside impossible expectations.
