When I talk to Latinas about starting a coaching business, lack of time is one of the common reasons that hold them back from taking action. And I can relate to that because as first-generation daughters of immigrants, we hold on our shoulders this invisible workload of translating documents, booking and attending doctor's appointments, filing taxes, holding space for our family, emotionally supporting them, and the list goes on. We are being pulled in so many directions, so we feel like we have no spare time on our hands. But the truth is that often we use time as a cop-out in our culture.
