Abby Krom, a psychotherapist and intuitive eating facilitator, joins us to talk about her discovery of intuitive eating, which was not obtained during graduate school and how she has implemented intuitive eating into her life and the lives of her patients. She has found power in community and the beauty of how all 10 intuitive eating principles truly work so synergistically together. We also discuss a bit about how sugar can feel like an addiction, however we are able to cognitively make a choice to start practicing intuitive eating since we are not actually having a physiological interruption within our body.
