It’s been about three years since I last recorded a podcast, and this episode isn’t about explaining that away.
It’s about showing back up.
In this opening episode of Season 3, I share honestly about the personal shifts, challenges, and deep lessons that shaped the last few years of my life — from stepping away from work I loved, to being tested in ways I never imagined, to relearning how to truly listen to my needs.
I talk about the circular nature of healing — how loving our food, ourselves, and our lives are deeply connected — and why the work doesn’t end once we think we’ve “figured it out.” If anything, it becomes an ongoing invitation to soften self-criticism, nourish ourselves more deeply, and find moments of lightness and play along the way.
This episode also marks the beginning of a gentle journey back into the Your Intuitive Life Journal — a resource I created years ago, only to realize how much I needed it myself. Moving forward, we’ll be exploring it one bite at a time, together.
You don’t have to do this alone.
I’m so grateful you’re here with me.
