Today’s guest is my friend Jamila O’Gilvie-Craig. We’ve known each other since high school. Our friendship has grown more and more as we’ve gotten older and realized we are on a very similar spiritual path. She’s actually someone who I noticed was already on this path as I started my own, and she helped give me the understanding that I wasn’t alone and the confidence to keep going on this journey.
