Awesome to have Jennifer Hitenberger on the show 

Jennifer helps many people get Fit and Healthy  from all over the world using her Kettle Bell methodology.

However she has more than this about her, when I connected with Jen I was inspired by her story of what she's over come regarding an eating disorder that nearly killed her through obesity, however she shares a lot more than this!

We touched on so many subjects, surrounding Fitness Health Mindset, and it was valuable to hear how she has made herself the person she is today overcoming so much Adversity in her life which is nothing short Inspiring.

Its valuable to hear stories like this as they can really help people take a step forward themselves
