Ya girl has been going throughhhhh it lately fam! It's been a tough, transitional season for me, full of twists and turns, highs and lows.

Rather than painting a pretty facade for you all, I'm getting real about being in the "Mucky Middle" - it's crunchy but I know how important it is for me to keep it real with y'all.

It is my intention that this episode might show to you, that no matter how much you know, none of us are immune to letting your stress take the drivers seat but when we can name it and claim it, things can get better with time.
