In today's Episode we talk about Mental Health & the effect Toxic Masculinity has had on men over the years. The first step to overcoming these obstacles is talking about them. It is okay to not be okay, and it's okay to lean on others for support when times are tough. 

There is no shame in talking about your emotions and being vulnerable. Being able to express yourself and have open communication will help in your life and your relationships. If you need help finding a professional to talk to, please do not hesitate to ask me to help you find one.
