11. Overcoming Social Media Overwhelm

Do you find yourself constantly being overwhelmed by Social Media? Is the thought of having to be online all the time hold you back from pursuing purpose because you know part of it will involve having to interact on social platforms? Trust me, I speak from experience when I say Social Media can be very draining and overly-stimulating especially for us introverts.

But it actually does not need to be this way. Many of you know how much I speak about setting up systems and structures in place that suit you, well this idea is also applicable to social media.

In this episode I speak about how to overcome and deal with social media overwhelm and some of the things I do to ensure that I am not experiencing social media burn-out while also showing up consistently for my audience.
