I speak about my struggles with social media.  How I know that I need to incorporate it into my life, but I don’t need to either at the same time.  I guess it’s about finding that balance.  Maybe, just over the years I’ve learned how to get a better handle on it and use it to my advantage.  Find the platforms that fits you best.
