Today I speak with Dr. Phil Ice, Chief Solutions Officer at Analytikus. Phil is ridiculously smart and he is obsessed with finding answers to big questions in Higher Education, most specifically relating to improved retention and what constitutes a "better" student experience.

Phil started his career as an Instructional Technologist at West Virginia University whereafter he assumed the role of Assistant Professor at UNC Charlotte. He joined the American Public University System where he left the institution as the Vice President, Research & Development before taking the position as Managing Partner at Axiom Learning Design & Technologies. Phil later assumed the role of Chief Learning Officer at Mirum before joining Analytikus in early 2018.

Phil holds a Doctorate in curriculum, instruction and instructional technologies from West Virginia University.
