Well, it's Monday morning, and today I am waiting for my dentist appointment.

Here we go. Hands up, everybody, who hates going to the dentist. But if you want healthy teeth, a visit to the dentist or the hygienist is somewhat necessary.

I did not go for a long number of years, and I'm not going to tell you how many, because my dentist might be listening to this podcast. The result was I had bleeding gums, so don't do it. Go regularly.

I have quite a good plan worked out now to make sure I go to the dentist. I make the appointment at least three months in advance. Then it comes as a total surprise to me when I get the message from my phone, you have a dentist appointment in two days, and it's too late for me to cancel.

Back again. I hope that I can talk OK, because I cannot feel my mouth. But I have just had a filling with my lovely, lovely dentist, whom I allow to give me injections.

Normally I didn't use to do that before. So this is something new. He was very, very good and very gentle.

My dashing dentist. So I really have to say thank you to the guys at Edent for making going to the dentist such a lovely and charming and pleasant experience. It's not always that bad, even if we are a little bit frightened of the dentist.
