<120 lbs: 1 capsule of each in AM and PM, with food

>120 lbs: 2 capsules of each in AM and PM, with food

1-2 capsules with each meal

1 capsule before bed

 

DDR Prime

1 capsule per day in AM

 

Vitamin D

  • 1000 IU for children <1 year on enriched formula and 
  • 1500 IU for breastfed children older than 6 months
  • 3000 IU for children >1 year of age 
  • 8000 IU for young adults and thereafter
