Don't worry - there will be NO spoilers here (except the actual quote). I fully respect those of you who are choosing to hold off until each season if fully posted so you can binge it. In this episode, I am talking about what it means to have Zero Expectations and how that can actually help you during really, really great times and really, really hard times. 

It's something I REALLY suck at, but am trying to get better at. 

I know it to be true for two reasons:

1. Because I have first had experience with it

How could it NOT be true?
