Hopefully you listened to last week's podcast called 'Making yourself BIGGER Energetically'...if not, please do so. Within that podcast, I took you through some process to make yourself BIGGER energetically. That is actually what 'expanding your consciousness' is all about...allowing yourself to BE bigger. We are what holds us back from remaining in that expanded state. Today, we will learn how to go within and remove the programs that keep is in that stuck smaller state. What happens is that we visualize and create a BIGGER energy field around us and something happens to bring our energy field back to the original state. This is happening only because our bodies are used to that state...keeping us stuck.   What I have been noticing in my own experience, that it is taking quite a bit of work to remind myself that I am more than this human form. We all are! We are spiritual beings having a human experience...how many times have you heard that??? Have you really absorbed THAT information into your awareness? Consider this for a moment... if we are a spiritual being...how much space do you think we take up? When I was asked to consider this, I had the AH-AH moment of the fact that we are ALL ONE. As a spiritual being, and considering that we are ALL ONE...how much space do you think we ARE?   Let's go down this rabbit hole a bit deeper... take away everything you SEE with your human eyes! Everything that you see is in your 3rd dimension experience and yet, NOT in the experience of your True Self. As your True Self...you are a HIGH frequency being of LIGHT....something we do not SEE with our human eyes. When you activate and SEE with your third eye, you will be able to SEE the frequency of who you truly are...you'd be able to SEE the truth all around you. This reminds me of the first movie of the Matrix series...as you know, I love movies. It was near the end of the movie when Neo (played by Keanu Reaves) stepped into the power of who he really was...that he could SEE the programming all around him. As soon as he realized who he was, he was able to see past everything and actually SEE what was around him.   I am told that the same thing will happen for us...as soon as we realize who we truly are... we will SEE our truth. Every time I channel these podcasts, I am questioning everything ~ almost like I am challenging what I am hearing, and THIS is apparently my resistance. It is our beliefs and perceptions that are holding us back from expanding our consciousness. When we can make ourself BIGGER and hold that space energetically...without any interference ...that is when we are expanding our consciousness. Nothing else matters! The only thing that matters is to expand our consciousness and hold as much LIGHT as we can possibly hold. THAT is our mission in this human experience....to KNOW that there is nothing in our human experience that is more important than expanding our TRUTH.   All the questions I have....all the analyzing that I do...is all 3rd dimension programming. There is no need to understand any of this with our human mind. Our TRUE SELF KNOWS everything and when we can surrender all the 3rd dimensional need to figure it out... we are surrendering to our TRUE SELF... to the spiritual being that we ALL are. Today, we will experience a holographic shift in awareness!!! Are you ready to experience your TRUE SELF?   Meditation Take a couple of deep breaths...keep breathing deeply and allow our breath to us to a higher level of the quantum field. As you breath deeply, SEE your human form enter an elevator and TRUST that this elevator is taking you to the highest dimension you can reach in this moment in time. We ask that the Beings of LIGHT assist us in clearing the energies that are holding us back... remove all the resistance that we put on ourselves. Leave only the complete KNOWINGNESS of the LIGHT BODY that we are. We ask that the Beings of LIGHT clear our 3rd eye so that we can SEE what is truly there.....SEE yourself stepping out of the elevator... look around and observe what is going on in this dimension. SEE the colours and the movement of the energy around you. If you are having any trouble seeing the energy, simply ask that the BEINGS of LIGHT assist you in wiping away whatever is blocking your true sight. Visualize them wiping your forehead and clearing any obstacles that may be blocking you. Look down at your hands...notice that you are LIGHT...you are vibration. Breath deep while I go quiet and activate some holographic processes. Keep breathing deeply as I speak in our Soul Language to activate within your awareness to be able to hold the space...expanding your consciousness.   Soul Language   SEE the LIGHT of who you truly are and FEEL this awareness. Take a very deep breath and enter the elevator to return to your human form. KNOW that you are much BIGGER than this human form and SEE the energy of your TRUE SELF and how expanded you are. TRUST that you will be able to hold this space and have that complete awareness that nothing in this human experience is more important that this KNOWINGNESS. Open your eyes when you are ready.
