Today was not the best day of my life and that's okay. Thank you for being my therapist for a few minutes, I just needed someone to listen. It is okay to not feel okay, it is okay to cry. Please please don't bottle these emotions up. It is part of the human experience to feel these emotions, just be aware they will pass. The sadness passes, just as happiness does. Emotions come and go, don't let them rob you of living to the fullest
