Nepotism – The practice among those with power or influence of favoring relatives or friends, especially by giving them jobs or promotions.
Networking – Process of communicating with others to develop social or professional contacts.
Deft – Neatly skillful and quick in one's movements.
Myopic – Lacking imagination, foresight, or intellectual insight.
Introspection – The examination or observation of one's own mental and emotional processes.
Line of Delineation – Distinction between two factors or area, clear separation.
Laden – Weighed down with or having an abundance of something.
Presumptively – presumed in the absence of further information.
Malady – A disease, ailment or problem.
Ineptitude – Lack of skill or ability.
Abjectly – Experienced or present to the maximum degree.
Innately – An inborn or natural characteristic or attribute.
Tenacity – The quality or fact of being very determined; determination.
Prevalent – Widespread in a particular area or at a particular time.
Self-Deprecation – Modest about or critical of oneself, especially humorously so.
Golden Parachute – An agreement between a company and an employee specifying that the employee will receive certain significant benefits if employment is terminated.
