At least once a day, I am privileged to be the person that one of my clients or peers confide in - as they take on life's challenges. So, I started this platform to talk tell the extract the life lessons I've learned in my 10 years as a Health Professional. I hope to provide health solutions and insight to my community and to shed light on real-life problems that face my community, and how I am creating solutions.
