Be careful what you put in your mind through viewing programming. 

As you may already know, it is very difficult to un-see or un-hear something. 

What we exchange to be entertained sometimes is not worth it. 

Take care and guard your mind against stuff that can transform you to the person you are not wanting to be like. 

Just something to consider. 

It can be so subtle and then overtake the mind in a direction you don't want to head.

Within time we can be changed and it is so subtle that we can hardly know that it's taking and taken place.

Romans 12: 2 (first part of the verse)

"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,..."
