February 09, 2021 We are "Born Again" as new persons in the Savior. We are followers of Him who saved us!
When i was posed the idea to "surrender all" as a new and young believer- i didn't want to. I Thought it would change who i was and at the time i liked me. Well years pass and idon't like me as much and pray prayers of repentance. As i contemplate life and what went right and wrong, i remember that i never fully surrendered my life Him. Why? ?? Good question. It had made life more difficult than it could have been. Hot of cold as Revelation 3 (KJV) mentions. The apostle John writes that when believers are hesitant to make a decision that it's not a good state to be in either. I psi for the strength to live He wants me. I so have stead to work on and i Him every day for not giving up on me, accepting me back, and forgiving me. Blessed He who sits on the throne on high!

February 09, 2021 1 Peter 4: 12-14 KJV Fiery Trials
Sometimes we are persecuted for our faith and sometimes it feels like the adversary is just trying to get us down. Whave hope Him who saved us!!! Blessed His name. Peace and love to you i pray. It will be amatter of time and all our efforts with these trials will be worth it! We have the victory with the Savior - claim it - live it - be free from all negative mindsets that come your way - live in His peace He gives. Matthew 11:28-30 KJV public domain sorts He is meek and humble and we will find rest Him.

January 23, 2021 Getting better for your partner. (Guys- women are the better half! They complete us even as friends
Putting off spiritual growth has limited who wanted to be with me as a partner in life and possibly even ended friendships early before it even got to that point. Personally learning lessons in our lives to help us grow spiritually and be mature in that regard is something that is very beneficial to each one of us, regardless of any other relationship factor. I do it for Him who saved us first and foremost, and for who i want to be in Christ, and then for the (future) significant other. This way it is taking hold with more success for me. If you are doing similarly then hopefully you will be the one she/he has been praying for - for you! They can't wait forever, but might be waiting for us to get our act and life straight. Note: I can't believe i have spent all these years waiting to be better til i found someone, instead of preparing in advance. I'm glad i have another chance to get it right with Him and be a better steward of my time now. I thank HIM for second chances and his loving and tender mercies. Blessed be His name! peace and love to you i pray for you

January 19, 2021 Controlling our Emotions - Being the best we can in Christ!
Some ideas from Bill Perkins who wrote "When Good Men Get Angry" and can be applied to women as well and with other emotions we face each day. We are new creatures in Christ and through the life of our Savior we have a great example of how to approach living a life of love, through the Holy Spirit and by Him leading us in understanding and for the glory of above and not our own. May we in Messiah that compromise the church, as well as those who want to be apart of it, live in peace and love with others and know our "true identity" as believers in the faith. May we be lead on the paths of righteousness for His Names sake. Blessed be He who sits on the throne High. All praise, honor and glory are His!

January 16, 2021 Hidden Idolatry in the faith.
Please understand, it takes a while to learn and even more effort to apply and the will and strength to live it. It might take some time to see or even be convicted on this subject, because of the deep-rooted cherishing of relics and such, and while they are neat and rich in history, we just don't need to put them above what they represent. There are so many other aspects of life, this has taken a backseat most times, because it does not want to be found- it was placed there years ago and has become commonplace among us as being harmless and/or important- depending on what you are accustomed to practicing. But seeing how important it is to the "One" we serve, then it becomes relevant to doing a current careful study. Peace and wisdom i pray for you. Your brother in Messiah= He is the Savior of all of us!
