Decided to do a 24 hour fast last weekend. 

Here's why I did it, how I made it easy, and the physical, mental and spiritual benefits it supposedly brings. 

If you're considering giving one a go, or you're wondering why on earth someone would volunatrily not eat for 24 hours, get this in your ears. 

Gonna aim to do it once a month moving forward.

Just not on a hangover.
