On July 11th, 1996, construction workers discovered the body of Robert Dennis “Blair” Adams in Knoxville, Tennessee. His cause of death remains a mystery, and what is even more weird is how a Canadian man ended up in Knoxville. There’s a lot of theories, no known suspects, but Kate dives into it all.
