Maurice Ford was one of the ones that joined the military to run away from his problems, but it wouldn't be long before he would realize how many more problems he would be giving himself. He didn't know he would be on a aircraft carrier in the middle of the ocean let alone stripped of all of his freedom and so he knew he needed an exit strategy. He started thinking of ways he could potentially get out in good standing while also pursuing his own goals and his own visions. Which ultimately led him to an HR Recruiting position where he calls himself an HR Pro by day, and an entrepreneur at night. Going from assembling bombs to recruiting and helping people build business is not necessarily something he could have predicted, but it all just sort of happened the way it was supposed to. He eventually founded a company called Onyx Dynamics, a company specializing in the creation of patches. He is also in the process of starting a non profit organization as well called The Chalice and as he states, is just barely scratching the surface.
