Candid – Open, honest or truthful.
Divisive – Troublesome or disruptive.
Bemoan – Grumble, complain or regret.
Normative – Establishing, relating to, or deriving from a standard or norm, especially of behavior.
Semmelweis Reflex – A metaphor for the reflex-like tendency to reject new evidence or new knowledge because it contradicts established norms or beliefs.
Entrenched – Ingrained or established.
Emeritus – Having retired but allowed to retain their title as an honor.
Maladies – Problems, negative condition.
Effortlessly Galvanizing – Of the persona that energizes and motivates others unintendedly.
Plethora – Excess, overabundance.
Ulterior Motives – A motive that is different than or beyond the expressed or apparent motive.
Caveat – Forewarning or stipulation.
Failsafe – Foolproof, guaranteed or dependable.
Happenstance – Coincidence.
Magnanimous – Generous or forgiving especially toward a rival or less powerful person.
