My one-word intention for 2023 was LOVE - but not in the way I thought it would be...

In the pursuit of love, I was taken to the darkest depths of my suppressed childhood and emotions, to the parts of myself that I shunned and deemed unloveable, to alchemize all my pain into my greatest love story.

Love is a continuous journey, and now, my journey is more embodied.

I hope this mini-sode sparks the flame of love (or self-love!) within you, too.
