Today I dive into an intimate solo about my health and how the universe has been guiding me to come face to face with old traumas. I bring in lessons that I learned in my early and mid-20s when I was living with a scary eating disorder that I thought I would never be able to heal from. And I let you guys in on the way I’m being asked to approach life right now.
