One of my listeners asked me how I manage doing “all the things” especially when it comes to the more feminine energy type things like keeping the house clean, keeping up with laundry, dishes, etc. while being a busy mom, staying healthy and fit and being an entrepreneur. I loved this question because the solution actually draws out a much deeper issue in each of our lives that needs addressed in order to truly feel fulfilled and satisfied. In this week’s episode, I’ll not only talk about the tactical side of how I manage being able to do “all the things,” but dive into the deeper side of how I’m actually able to do all the things: prioritizing my peace. I talk about what this even means, how to get super intentional with your time and daily routine and how you figure out the order of importance of these things.
