And how leadership has worked with them based on the Enneagram. One is a radio show, one is a sports team, and the other is a popular family of influencers.
We’re going to explore team dynamics and why they’ve been so successful in each circumstance.
#1: The Howard Stern Show
Howard and his team have been around and working together for 35 years. For a team to be together that long and to be that successful, there has to be some great leadership dynamics in place.
#2: The Chicago Bulls Dream Team
I grew up in Chicago and was in college when the Bulls had their famous run that was documented in the Netflix series “The Last Dance.” I break this team down by Enneagram type to reveal how they had so much success.
#3: The Kardashians
Whether you love or hate them, the Kardashians have been on air for 17 seasons and have built multiple, billion-dollar enterprises. How did they take an opportunity and create an empire? Let’s take a look...
