There is no reason you should ever retire your husband. And this is why. The reason is because masculinity grows through challenge. Men are meant to be driven by their purpose. So you never want to.
It's basically looking at assets and liabilities. You never want to feel like your husband is a liability rather than an asset to the family and to the business if you decide to co-create a business.
