Welcome to our first ever interview SERIES on the podcast! This series was inspired by our-- yours & mine--struggles right now in real time when it comes to chasing our individual dreams. In the DMs of my @dr.meggymarie instagram, I've been having so many conversations with women-- maybe you-- who are in the same place I am. That is, as amazing as it is, and as grateful as we are, to be chasing our dreams: let's be real: it's A LOT! On the one hand, we're pumped because this dream we're chasing is beautifully aligned, but on the other hand, it can also be super stressful and overwhelming. Basically, we're feeling all the feels!
So, I thought, "What better way to navigate this season than bring on some epic guests to the podcast who can help us navigate these strange and tumultuous waters!"
Today's guest who will kick off our Interview Series on Overwhelm & Stress is Sonya MacCrimmon. She's a life coach & board certified behavior analyst, who is passionate about education and the science behind mindset and behavior. She also has a coaching practice where she guides ambitious women to break free from their negative thought patterns, redefine how they WANT to live their life their OWN way so that they can realign their current habits towards their deepest desires and values.
In this episode, we chat about so many incredible things, such as establishing that mind-body connection, what to do when it's out of synch, coping strategies, managing all the things, spiraling thoughts, and so much more!
