In 2014 Paul Mort found himself standing on the edge of a cliff, as a self confessed overweight, depressed, coke addict, ready to end it all because of the emptiness he felt inside.
He had a wife, 2 kids, a hugely successful business, and appeared to have it all. But he was masking his inner darkness with humour, booze and drugs.
Paul’s wife managed to talk him down that day, and he was then faced with the reality of pulling himself out of the pit through self-reflection, therapy and hard work.
8 years later, his life is transformed and he teaches others to break the cycle and take action.
