Today I'm going to question a few things that you might believe, but you just didn't notice it and it is just draining your energy and you are being stressed when you could have a little fun. Do you find that the belief is not serving you? Find empowering whys and remember them at least 2 times a day for 20day. That will help you to change that limiting belief.
The next tip comes from my own story. I always like to imitate people that I love but I find out that I have much bigger fun when I'm truly myself and I'm more confident. Be yourself, and don't pretend to be someone else. When I listen to a story the best one is the one that is true from your heart. Believe me, I am a speaker and I know when I get the most people's attention.
