118: Integrating Spirituality & Creating Community with Payton Scroggins (Blue Heron Medium)

Today, I am talking to my friend Payton Scroggins, aka Blue Heron Medium. You will fall in love with his energy and feel inspired to shine your light after this episode! Payton and I met through the Spirit School Collective. We decided to hop on a Zoom call after connecting on Instagram, and the rest is history!

Payton realized he had been channeling for his clients for years

Not everyone on a spiritual path is meant to do this as a career

Personal healing helps us to be clear channels without filtering spirit

Being able to feel the energy of a spirit is a healing presence

Mediumship can also be a way to connect to our beliefs around death and spirituality

Spiritual practices can help us to manage our energy as introverts

Community provides a space to talk more in depth about spirituality

There is a community for everyone, and the pandemic has created more online spaces

Physical activity and tangible practices are great for grounding

Meditation and crystals can help to manage energy

Grounding is anything that brings you into your human

For as much as we are in spirit, we need to be grounded into the earth
