119. It is an honor to share this CREATRIX CONVERSATION with you today. Lucy H. Pearce is one of my favorite non-fiction authors, perhaps most importantly known for her silver Nautilus Award-winning book Creatrix: she who makes. Her work has inspired my life, my creative process, and the mission we are on here with CREATRIX with Jade immensely, and in this episode Lucy generously gives insight to her raw creative process as a multipassionate, how and why she writes and creates, the convergence of her life and artistry, and how she’s cultivated the safety and capacity to share her heart and art with thousands worldwide. This is a honest, real, and powerful dialogue full of wisdom that is important for all writers, artists, and creative women to listen to.
About Lucy H. Pearce:
Lucy H. Pearce is the author of twelve life-changing non-fiction books, including Nautilus Award silver winners Medicine Woman, Burning Woman, and Creatrix: she who makes.Her writing focuses on women’s healing through archetypal psychology, embodiment, historical awareness and creativity. Her work has been shared internationally in online and print media.
An award-winning graduate in History of Ideas with English Literature from Kingston University, and a teaching degree from Cambridge University, Lucy founded Womancraft Publishing in 2014, publishing paradigm-shifting books by women for women. In its first decade, Womancraft has published over fifty books by almost thirty authors around the world, including bestselling titles: Kitchen Witch, Descent & Rising, Burning Woman and Yoga for Witches.
Lucy has been a passionate teacher of the creative process for over two decades, teaching in person and online.
