117. I sat my first 10-day Vipassana retreat - 10 days of silence in meditation, in the wilderness of B.C. It was a deeply profound, transformative experience that has changed me on a cellular level, and gifted me with huge insights and an expanded perspective of life. I've been asked often recently to explain the energetics and science of nervous system healing - it's so important - so today's episode I am diving deep into the technicalities of a dysregulated versus "regulated" nervous system.
