122. This is the story of the pregnancy loss I have navigated this year, a silent miscarriage at almost 12 weeks, with some reflections of the deep healing I walked through in the aftermath. I share these bits and wisdoms in hopes that this will touch the women it's meant to, that it offers a real firsthand experience of a rather invisible topic, and that it helps the other women who have experienced similar losses feel less alone.

117. I sat my first 10-day Vipassana retreat - 10 days of silence in meditation, in the wilderness of B.C. It was a deeply profound, transformative experience that has changed me on a cellular level, and gifted me with huge insights and an expanded perspective of life.
