With the start of the new year maybe everything isn't going your way...change your talk + have a cupcake.  I am not suggesting cupcakes will make things better (or maybe they will) but with a change of the way you speak to yourself and others overall, could change a lot more than you think.  This episode I channeled some of my favorite podcasters, Andrea from Make It Simple and Wendy and Spencer from Swiping Up.  I love listening to them as well as others, and just enjoying others perspectives.  

So when life gives you lemons, make a cupcake.
