Good morning, good afternoon, good evening or good night depending on what time it is when you’re listening to this episode of the Teachify podcast, and, welcome back!  

This episode is focused on running, exercise and the news that in Spain, we'll be allowed out to do exercise starting this upcoming weekend.  As a result, Lewis felt inspired to tell you a bit about exercise and his journey to running the Sevilla Marathon just a couple of months ago before we entered lockdown. 

Below, you have some of the more complex words and phrases with their synonyms.  

1. on your own - by yourself or alone. 
2. crowded - busy, packed or full of people. 
3. lie down - relax in bed, a sofa or in a bath with your body flat. 
4. ache - to feel pain. 
5. endless - without an end, numerous.
6. strengthen - to make stronger.
7. be used to + ing - be accustomed to + ing.  
8. fancy + ing - feel like +ing. 
9. cheer someone on - show support or encourage.
10. light-headed - lacking oxygen, dizzy.
11. faint - pass out, become unconscious. 
12. grasp - understand, grab. 

And our joke, what do you give to a sick lemon? Lemon-aid!
