We must be able to Lead ourselves!

We live in a World at the moment with a lot of uncertainty and mostly Bad news. In fact it has proven how poor Leadership is at the moment and how much it is effecting the population with frustration and uncertainty 

Make of it what you will, however one thing that I believe is that it is highlighted the importance of "Leading yourself"

The most important thing to realise is that You are in control of your Thoughts, Feelings and you are in Control a lot more than you realise, regardless of what is happening.

Waiting for the next announcement, Government decision, or an external factor to decide your 'Happiness' or your thought process, will mean you will be out of control and allowing yourself to be at mercy of uncertainty.

Leading ourselves mean we can be more certain, take control and set ourselves up for a better outcome
