Dr. Mark Rutland is the founder of Global Servants, which he began in 1977 with his wife, Alison.
Over the years Dr. Rutland has served as the Senior Pastor of Calvary Assembly in Orlando, FL and a University President at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL and Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. A native of Texas, he was educated at the University of Maryland, Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, and holds a Ph.D. from California Graduate School of Theology.
Through Global Servants, Rutland has traveled in missionary evangelism around the world and founded ministries in Ghana and Thailand. The House of Grace home for tribal girls in Chiang Rai, Thailand was founded in 1988 and houses over 100 girls. He also is a sought-after speaker for leadership seminars and conferences in the U.S. and abroad.

Since 2010, Sammy Foster and his wife Ruth have led Lighthouse.Church in fulfilling its mission to reach the lost and make disciples. Along with their children, Asher, Lucia & Silas they are passionate about sharing the life-changing message of Jesus and watching Him radically transform lives through the power of His love. He is the author of Elements, Foolproof, The Messenger, Super.Natural.Change., RE: A Guide For The Disconnected, Plain & Simple: The Essentials of Following Jesus, and Mind Your Business: The Art of Staying in Your Lane.

Dr. Fred Antonelli currently serves as President of Elim Bible College.
Prior to his role at the college, Dr. Antonelli served on the Board of Trustees as well as attended EBC in the early 1970’s during the Charismatic and Jesus People Movements (the 4th and last Great Awakening) in the United States. Dr. Antonelli was a Senior Pastor for 23 years and hosted Rock Alive, a nationally syndicated Christian Rock show heard over both the CBN and SRN radio networks from 1992-1999. He also founded Life Counseling Center, Inc., with five offices on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware. Dr. Antonelli has a Bachelor's Degree in Theology, a Masters in Clinical Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. He is an author and writes for national Christian magazines.
He and his high school sweetheart, Debbie, live in Lima, NY and have three children and six grandchildren.
