-Fraud, and a crooked surgeon trying to upsell her more false cancer scares, and remove parts of her lymph and thyroid that were not cancerous, and how that cancer facility was busted for selling human tissues to chine on the black market 

-Her silver lining and spiritual healing from this experience and how she has unapologetically embraced herself now
